2011 Pricing Information
Wedding Ceremony includes 20-30 minutes prelude, processional and recessional music, anything needed during the ceremony, and 1-2 postlude songs. Cocktail hour is one hour of music. Musician(s) will arrive 30 minutes early. Musicians generally do not attend the dress rehearsal.
Soloist:
$250 for Ceremony or Cocktail Hour
$350 for Ceremony/Cocktail Hour Package
$475 for Ceremony and 2 hour dinner reception
$600 for Ceremony, Cocktail Hour and 2 hour dinner reception
A travel fee will incur if the cocktail hour or reception is not in the same location as the ceremony.

$700 for Ceremony/Cocktail Hour Package
$950 for Ceremony and 2 hour dinner reception

Travel Fee: Travel is included for anyone living within 30 miles of the musician's address. A travel fee will be required for anything outside of that area.
Additional Song Requests: A $25 fee will incur per song request that is not listed on the musicians song list. New song requests have to be submitted to the musician at least on month in advance.
A $50 deposit and a signed contract is required for a soloist and a $100 deposit and a signed contract is required for a duo in order to hold the event date. The deposit is taken out the final price. Deposits can be in the form of check or money order.
Final payment for the event is required one week before the event. Final payment is accepted in the form of a CHECK, MONEY ORDER, VISA, OR MASTERCARD. Please call Molly at 717.586.8039 to pay by credit card. A $10 per day late charge will incur if payment is not received to Molly by the due date on the contract. If payment is late and not received before the start of the wedding, the musician has the right to leave without performing for the event.
Please ask about our 10% discount for Friday and Sunday weddings. Discount will not be given unless the discount is mentioned before the contract is drawn up. Holiday weekends and weddings more than 30 miles away will not receive the discount. Any clients that are booked from the gigmasters website are unable to receive the discount due to the performer paying the booking fees for that website.
